Formerly referred to as the MJH55SD, the Frymaster PH155 is a premium open-pot fryer that combines state-of-the-art technology with decades of frying experience and customer satisfaction to set the standard for high-efficiency frying from a small footprint. With an ASTM rating of 55.2%, exceeding ENERGY STAR® standards for efficiency, users can expect a 20% reduction in their energy bills by using this unit. Backed by a lifetime (limited) warranty on the stainless steel frypot, it's no wonder Frymaster fryers are voted Best in Class year after year.

The Frymaster Computers are the Key. Without a constant 180c the end product suffers. I can trust Frymaster Computers to react fast and keep that temperature up, even when we’re at our peak on a Friday night. The computers also ‘stretch’ cooking times, heavy loads need longer than light loads, and the CMIII Computer calculates cook times automatically to provide consistent food quality. Most operators don’t even notice, but the customers do. Oil costs are reduced as the temperature is computer controlled and it never burns.
